Personal training for beginners in Riyadh, at your own pace
Starting is the hardest part. Not knowing what to do, worrying about getting hurt, feeling like everyone else already knows.
Sound familiar?
Many people who start with us have not trained in years, and some never have. They often say the same things: gyms felt intimidating, online plans were too hard too soon, and they did not want to be pushed until something hurt.
How we work
We start where you are. The first weeks are about learning a handful of movements properly, in your own home, with a coach watching every rep. Then we build, slowly and steadily, so that each week feels a little easier than the one before.
Nobody is asking you to train like an Olympian. You get Olympic coaching so that you never have to.
What happens when you get in touch
A short WhatsApp message: your goals, any injuries, how much time you really have.
Your first sessions teach a few key movements with no rush. You leave knowing exactly why each one matters.
Small steps you can feel. Strength, energy and confidence come before anything else.
Why you can trust the coaching
Aaron and Bianca Cook spent more than twenty years in elite sport. The biggest lesson was that progress comes from patience and good technique, not from exhausting yourself. That is how every beginner programme here works. Read their story.
Questions people ask
I have not exercised in years. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Starting from nothing is normal here. The programme is built around your starting point.
Will it hurt?
You will work, but you should never be in pain. Technique comes first, and we adjust anything that does not feel right.
How often should I train?
Two sessions a week is a good start for most beginners, with a short walk or mobility routine on other days.
Can I start at 50 or 60?
Yes. Strength and mobility matter more with age, not less, and training at home makes starting much easier.
